ソフトウェアの要求獲得を支援する対面式会議システムに関する一考察

複数の作業者が複数会の対面式の会議を通して，文書などの生産物を作成する作業に
計算機システムを適用するためには，人的な要因を十分に考慮したシステムの運用が
必要となる．本論文では，実際に計算機システムを利用した作業と，
そうでない作業との比較を通して，システムの
運用に考慮しなければならない点を明らかにした．この比較を通して，参加者の
活動を阻害しない範囲で会議の履歴の編集を会議中にできるだけ行い，会議後に，
履歴と生産物を完全に編集する利用方法が効果的であることがわかった．
また，事前に準備したagendaなどが会議中に計算機からアクセスできることが，
会議の議事の進行の効率化に貢献することがわかった．
Preliminary Experiments of A Computer System for Face-to-face Meetings

In this paper,
we discuss the usage of a computer system for supporting the activities in
the face-to-face meetings. We have observed three different kinds of projects,
each of which consists of several meetings. In a project, participants did not
use computer systems, in another project, they only used a computer sysytem
to record the contents of the discussions correctly, and in the other,
they used the system anyway. From the implication of the observations, we
confirm the importance of the correct record of the meetings contents,
the system operator and/or the secretary in the computer-aided meeting,
the works outside the meeting and the prepared agenda in the system.
